our menu offers a zero-kilometer sensory journey that follows the rhythm of the Ciociaria countryside. Each dish is thoughtfully designed and prepared according to the seasons, highlighting local ingredients and enhancing the characteristics of our wines.Appetizers feature regional cured meats and cheeses, homemade bread and pasta, soups and stews made with fresh vegetables from our garden, local meats, and traditional recipes reimagined with creativity.
