Maturation: 50% Tonneaux / 50% Iron Steel Vats

Degustation notes: The colour is a bright gold with a distinct amber reflex. At the nose the taster can smell fresh flowers, ripe pear and white peach. In the mouth there is a good balance with a very good acidity and a good tannins presence.
